FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders include free standard shipping — no minimum purchase required. Whether you've designed a custom cookbook or purchased one of our pre-built cookbook designs, shipping costs are covered in the price of your order. You will never be charged a separate shipping fee for standard delivery.

PRINT QUALITY GUARANTEE

We take pride in the quality of every book we produce. If your order arrives with a printing defect or material flaw — such as misprints, damaged binding, missing pages, or other production errors — we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you.

Please note that our guarantee covers defects and flaws that occur during the printing or production process. It does not cover errors in the content you submitted, including spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, incorrect photos, or other user-provided content. We encourage you to carefully review your cookbook before placing your order.

HOW TO REPORT A PRINT DEFECT

If you believe your order has a printing or production defect, please contact us through our support center with the following:

  - Your order number
  - A brief description of the issue
  - Photos clearly showing the defect

Our team will review your submission and, if the issue is confirmed to be a production defect, arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you free of charge.
