Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Because our books are custom printed products, returned items will not be restocked or resold. However, we still want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we are happy to accept returns and issue refunds where eligible.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PRINT DEFECTS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If your cookbook arrives with a printing defect or material production flaw — such as a misprint, damaged binding, or missing pages — we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you.
Please note that our print defect policy covers errors that occur during the printing or production process only. It does not cover errors in content you submitted, such as spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, incorrect images, or other user-provided content. We encourage you to carefully review your cookbook design before placing your order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because every book we produce is custom printed, we are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
